On April 11th, the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗮 (𝗜𝗖𝗖𝗖𝗠) proudly held a landmark signing ceremony with the 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗩𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗧𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗮, marking a major step forward in international cooperation.

The ceremony was officiated by 𝑴𝒔. 𝑩𝒂𝒊 𝑵𝒊𝒄𝒚, Chairman of ICCCM, with the presence of 𝑴𝒔. 𝑳𝒐𝒐 𝑯𝒖𝒊 𝑨𝒏𝒏, Managing Director; 𝑴𝒓. 𝑩𝒆𝒏𝒋𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒏 𝑳𝒆𝒐𝒏𝒈, Deputy Managing Director; 𝑴𝒓. 𝑮𝒐𝒅𝒘𝒊𝒏 𝑺𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒓, EU-Regional Manager; and 𝑴𝒓. 𝒁𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒈 𝒁𝒉𝒊𝒉𝒂𝒐, Director of External Cooperation. It was conducted in a hybrid format—both online and in person.

Together, we embark on a shared mission to develop vocational training standards, expand training and employment opportunities, and drive forward initiatives focused on green technology and digital transformation. This government-to-government initiative is more than a partnership—it is a bold, future-forward vision for international workforce development.
