Promote cultural exchange and enhance international understanding
The International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) was established in 2009. It was created to promote cultural exchange and enhance international understanding through communication and the sharing of diverse cultural perspectives. ICCCM has played a key role in organizing and supporting several large-scale cultural events in Malaysia, including international art exhibitions, film festivals, and multicultural performances. These events have helped position Malaysia as a cultural hub in Southeast Asia. Additionally, ICCC has established branches in China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Uzbekistan, and other countries, demonstrating its strong connections and extensive network.

Dato’ Siow Chen Pin is closely associated with the International Cultural Communication Center Malaysia (ICCCM) as Cheif Advisor, where he helps to establish strategic partnerships, oversees cultural initiatives, and supports programs aimed at bridging cultures through various events, festivals, and exchange programs. His involvement highlights his dedication to cultural diplomacy and his efforts to strengthen Malaysia’s cultural ties with other countries.
