On 19 May, we successfully co-hosted the GLOBAL YOUTH CONNECT 2026: Empowering Identity & Leadership in the Digital Era, a meaningful platform dedicated to empowering youth with essential leadership and digital-era skills. The event brought together participants from diverse backgrounds to engage in insightful discussions on self-branding, leadership, and navigating today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
The programme featured insightful sessions by distinguished speakers from Universitas Negeri Malang. Session 1, “Self Branding Awareness” by Evania Yafie, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D., highlighted the importance of building authenticity, recognizing personal strengths, and developing a strong digital presence in today’s competitive world. Session 2, “Leadership in the Digital Era” by Imam Gunawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D., explored adaptive leadership, innovation, and navigating technological change while maintaining strong human values in digital environments.
